Progress is approximate and ends when your professional arrives.
Conversation
Review the proposal
You pay the professional directly. They provide the work, invoice and receipt. KNOQ does not collect this payment.
Extra work or a price change needs your agreement in KNOQ before it goes ahead.
For a delay, cancellation or disagreement, message the professional in this job or contact KNOQ support. Sending a support message does not itself cancel a booking.
Check who has arrived
Ask your professional for their arrival PIN. If something does not look right, use Get help before proceeding.
A proposed change
Is the agreed work complete?
Check the work against the agreed proposal. If something needs attention, talk to the professional or use Get help.
How did it go?

No booking has been confirmed. Cancelling stops this request.
