From a need to an agreed next step.

This account draws together the journey already described on KNOQ’s website. Request choices are alternatives; the numbered stages show how a job is intended to progress.

1. A home or business describes the need

   Choose the service and ask for help soon, arrange a time, or request a quote first. Those are three ways to begin, not three steps every request must take.

2. A professional considers the fit

   The professional chooses their available time and service area, reviews the request and price information, and decides whether the work fits. They can accept, suggest another time or pass.

3. Both sides agree what happens next

   A job can move forward when both sides agree. Availability and eligibility must be confirmed; a commitment requires professional acceptance. Without that acceptance, there is no booking. If nobody suitable is available immediately, another time or a quote can be explored.

4. Location follows the commitment

   Before acceptance, the job location is approximate. Exact job details are released only after the introduction is confirmed, including any required KNOQ fee payment.

5. Travel progress ends at arrival

   Once the accepted professional starts travelling, the customer can follow progress and estimated arrival time. Live-trip sharing stops when the professional arrives.

6. The work is checked, then reviewed

   The planned journey continues through checking the work, confirming completion and leaving feedback tied to that KNOQ job. Completion and review do not extend live-trip sharing.

Development demonstrations

The website labels its Android completion and review screens as development screens, not live job information. They do not establish that the full journey is operational.

Private app preview

The current app privacy notice describes invited preview access to sign-in, account/profile synchronisation and catalogue browsing. New jobs, professional availability, payments and notification registration remain closed. Account deletion is not operational yet.
