Steve founded KNOQ and shapes its direction, product experience and marketplace model from Western Australia.

His focus is a useful, trustworthy experience for homes and businesses, and independent professionals, without pretending the hard parts are simple.

Building it well means listening carefully, testing assumptions and seeking appropriate specialist advice as the work develops. Steve remains responsible for KNOQ’s direction and the decisions that move it forward.

Start local and learn

Invite interest across Perth’s northern suburbs. Listen to what homes, businesses and independent professionals need, test the assumptions and let the evidence shape what comes next.

Respect choice and privacy

For the free trial, the professional proposes the scope, price and timing. The customer explicitly accepts that proposal to confirm the booking. The job location stays approximate until then; only the booked professional receives the exact address.

An assessment has its own agreed scope, timing and any fee. It does not authorise repairs. Live-trip sharing operates only while travelling and stops at arrival. Customers pay professionals directly; KNOQ fees are waived during the initial trial. Read the app journey.

Independent professionals set their own prices and remain responsible for their credentials, insurance and work. Optional memberships do not buy priority or guarantee work. Read about the trial and proposed plans.

Let evidence lead

KNOQ has native Android and iOS apps. Public store review is underway. Steve reviews professional applications for each service. Signup is not verification, and live service coverage still depends on approved local professionals.

Appropriate legal, financial, technical and operational advice will be sought where the work requires it.
