Commercial V2.1 proposes a disclosed secured-introduction fee, with no second introduction fee when a quote becomes the same work. A valid quote introduction may still be chargeable when no work is won. Pay as you go has no monthly membership; KNOQ Beat, Groove and Encore are optional monthly plans with reduced eligible introduction fees. Membership fees are additional to introduction fees. Plans do not buy priority, verification or guaranteed work.

The free trial has no KNOQ sign-up, introduction or membership fees and no deferred debt. The professional’s work remains payable. Trial participants receive final prices and terms at least 30 calendar days before any KNOQ fees could apply. Paid participation requires an active choice. Without it, new requests pause; existing jobs, invoices, records, support and remedies remain accessible.

The trial and proposed options are explained on the main website. KNOQ prices will be displayed in AUD, inclusive of GST. Single-business and comparison-quote fee amounts, operating costs and commercial outcomes still require validation; expressions of interest are not revenue or proof of marketplace liquidity. KNOQ does not guarantee payment of a professional’s job invoices or exclude its own responsibilities under applicable law.
